软骨鱼类牙型的研究

A STUDY ON PATTERNS OF TEETH OF CARTILAGENOUS FISHES

本文观察分析了13目、35科、69属232种软骨鱼类的牙齿,其中观察我国标本112种,参考国外文献和图的120种。牙齿的形态共可归纳为10个式型,20个亚型。探讨了牙型与食性,牙型与分类和演化的相互关系。

Abstract:

The present paper deals with the morphology of the teeth of cartilagenous fishes with particular reference to their patterns, 232 species belonging to 69 genera,35 families and 13 orders have been investigated,of which 112 species are based Chinese specimens, belonging to 55 genera, 29 families and 13 orders，and the other 120 species are quoted from foreign material。According to the morphological char-acteristics,10 patterns and 20 subpatterns have been divided. The interrelation between patterns of teeth with feeding habits and the significance for classification and evolution of the fishes are discussed.
